Busy with your academics and commitments? On edge due to piling assignments and looming deadlines? Maybe even tired of the daily grind? No worries! Sustainability Network has got you covered.

Chillax Lah…! is a week-long event organized by the Sustainability Network with the main goal of promoting mental wellbeing amongst the students as well as spreading a happy and content environment around the campus. The 14th of November would mark the third day of the Chillax week. A Mental Health Awareness Booth was set up in the SA Foyer from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Another one-hour long Mindful Session had also taken place 30 minutes later at F1A22.

In addition to that, H1B21 and H1B18 was specially allocated for the Chillout Zone and Nap Room respectively. The Chillout Zone is a safe space provided for students to take a break from the daily stressors of life as they hang out and surround themselves with adorable plushies that are prepared just for them.  On the other hand, the Nap Room is a blessing for the sleep-deprived. It is the perfect atmosphere for students to enter dreamland with the soothing pink hues and the comfortable mat. Drinks were served as well.

Besides, mental wellbeing shouldn’t just be a one-week dedication. Students are encouraged to be mindful of their own mental health and keep their stress in check. Remember, you matter!
