Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., the organization's membership exceeds 300,000 in more than 15,800 clubs in 149 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders. UNM TMC organized various events such as Table Topics workshop where one can learn the art of impromptu speech and also Speech Evaluation workshop where we teach on how to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner. UNM TMC also takes part in speech and evaluation contest organized by Toastmasters International where one has the chance to prove his/her speaking skills and compete with other Toastmasters from different districts of Malaysia or even from the other part world.
